Katy, I just read your facebook message today. Thank you for giving me the link to your blog so I can follow your treatment/progress, and hear more about your life in Philly! I have to admit I was initially heartbroken with the news of your diagnosis (still am, of course)... but after reading your posts (and seeing the headscarf pics - what a hoot! love it!) I am filled with hope/joy at the great opportunity God has to show His glory and power through you in this unplanned season of life.
ReplyDeleteI have no doubt in my mind that God has a unique purpose for you... you are special; noticeably different from the masses. But I've known that since I very first met you in DDD, haven't I? ;)

Hey Dude, so word on the street is that cancer sucks.... real bad. Who does it think it is just popping up wherever it wants at the most inconvenient times? Ridiculous, shear tom foolery if you ask me. I just wanted you to know that I am praying and sending good thoughts your direction. I will be checking in on your blog (nice name), and keeping up with what's happening. I spread the word to mom, and she is spread’n the word to your peeps at SFH-PICU for them to keep you in their thoughts and prayers.
